Brett Favre apologizes for this morning's technical difficulties

Feb 1, 2010, 1:00 PM EDT

Terrible, awful technical problems this morning, but we’ve kicked a few large machines and hopefully we’re back online, and you’re reading this. So as an apology, here’s a scene from the classic 1996 movie Reggie’s Prayer, starring the late Reggie White as a high school football coach, and featuring Brett Favre and Mike Holmgren. Favre plays a “somewhat mentally challenged” janitor, and why his acting career never took off from there is beyond me. “Busy, busy guy.”
Taking a look over at IMDB, I also see that this film included M.C. Hammer, and Pat Morita as “The Principal.” Wax on, wax off, Reggie.

I gotta go change the urinal mints. So that you can piss all over the idea of acting.

System ate it. We’re currently working on restoring the Morning Tweet. Until then, here’s what you missed in Mark Trail:

A deer invites Mark Trail and his friends for a lunch of tasty leaves and twigs.
