The Pro Bowl Doesn’t Suck, You Do. After all the worry and chatter last week leading up to it, the Pro Bowl happened. And it was fun. And if you are a football fan, and if you didn’t watch it, I feel sorry for you. Actually, I don’t feel sorry for you. I just think you’re retarded. [Style Points]

* Minor League Malarkey: Gary Coleman, Boba Fett invade hockey. Gary Coleman, diminutive star of “Diff’rent Strokes,” is scheduled to drop the ceremonial first puck before the ECHL Utah Grizzlies’ game against the Las Vegas Wranglers tonight. [Puck Daddy]
* Saints, Colts Hoping To Resolve Super Bowl Through Diplomacy. Team officials from the New Orleans Saints and Indianapolis Colts emerged from a tense, 12-hour negotiating session Thursday and told reporters that, while they had yet to reach a settlement that would prevent a massive on-field conflict, the AFC and NFC champions were committed to resolving the Super Bowl through diplomatic channels. * Pictures of Tennis Outfits Throughout the Years. The Guardian has compiled a gallery of men’s and women’s tennis outfits over the years. Since this is Hotties in Cleats we only care about the women. [Hotties In Cleats]
* Weird jersey weekend. This is probably the best Gilbert-related jersey you could possibly wear if you wan to be mentioned in wire stories all over the country. Not sure where the pleasing fringe fits into the Gil-ty theme; maybe it was just for aerodynamics. Or maybe he was rending his garments. [DC Sports Bog]
* A Saints party recap. A lot of people around the country probably wondered, “How crazy was the party in New Orleans after the Saints won last Sunday night?” So crazy that it took me a week to effectively recover and talk about it in full detail. [Rumors & Rants]
* Poker Pro Donates $200,000 to Baseball Team. Eric Baldwin, who was a member of the UW-Whitewater team that won the 2005 NCAA Division III Championship, made his old school very happy with a $200,000 donation. The $200k is going towards new lights for Jim Miller Stadium, which will help UW-Whitewater secure its spot as host for the NCAA Division III Midwest Regional that takes place from May 19-23.
