The London Sun claims that it has sources who confirm that Tiger Woods — in hiding since a Thanksgiving night SUV crash that tragically took the lives of a tree, a fire hydrant the public’s ability to focus on anything else — has checked into a sex rehab clinic in South Africa. Why South Africa, with its oppressive heat and gangs of vicious luggage-stealing monkeys? Well, the plus side is that he can watch some World Cup games while he’s there. Take a lunch break, detach the electrodes that provide a mild shock to his genitals whenever he thinks about waitresses, and stroll down to Green Point Stadium and watch Uruguay play France.
Then again the Cup doesn’t start until June, so maybe not.
The Sun says that Woods may be in Cape Town’s exclusive Montrose Place clinic.
Tiger, 34 — who has admitted bedding a string of women behind wife Elin Nordegren’s back — was reportedly seen landing in Cape Town on a private jet.
Reports claimed he had booked into the facility weeks ago to help rebuild his life amid claims Swedish Elin, 30, had demanded a divorce. A source said: “Tiger hasn’t been seen in public since before Christmas. It’s thought he’s gone somewhere quiet to get help.
“Celebrity spotters heard he flew into Cape Town between Christmas and New Year. He was apparently seen at the airport then went straight to Montrose Place for treatment.”
Yesterday the area surrounding the clinic was being patrolled by two security firms.

I thought when the “chips are down” you REAL friends stand behind you. So much for Tigers sponsors: I think they should be ashmaed of the way they bailed out on him. Don’t for one second tell me that NO ONE, none of his sponsors who provide body guards etc.were caught totally off gurad when the “shit hit the fan.” I for one am a Tiger fan and will continue to be one. No sane person can condone what he ahs done to his wife, family and himself. I do not feel sorry for the sponsors: they USED him, not the other way arond., Notice how fast they ran! I hope he can work things out with his wife, that she can forgive him, not asking her to forget and move on with a happy and productive life. Let’s not loose sight of what he has contributed to charities around the world as well as fill the pockets of the PGA Tour members, etc. Go Tiger….

“The Weeds of Crime bare Bitter Fruit,
Crime (Adultery) does Not pay”.
Adultery come from the word: to Adulterate.
It’s a “Pharmaceutical-Chemical” term.
It means to Taint, to Corrupt, to Poison,
to make the Superior substance into an Inferior one,
to Pretend to be something you’re Not.
That’s why decent people have No sympathy for Mr. Woods.
We don’t care that he was “Porking” sleazy-slimy skanks.
We just want to Vomit on him, because he was Pretending
to be a Loyal, and Faithful, and Devoted Husband and Father,
to his Beautiful Wife and his Adoring Kids, all the while
Living a Lie of Deceit, as he shamelessly Hustled his
Undeserved and ill-gottened Multi-Million Dollar endorsements.
That wasn’t too “Manly” of Tiger, now was it?
Tiger Woods isn’t just Falling from Economic and Spiritual Grace,
he’s already Fallened. Ouch.
Care to differ, you pathetic Tiger Wood apologists?
p.s. Is this a Great post, or what?

Tiger:
More Money than he could ever spend. A career that is fun. A very Hot wife. More fame than most people in history. HE LOOSES IT ALL BECAUSE HE CAN’T BE MATURE ENOUGH TO NOT FOOL AROUND WITH OTHER WOMEN!!
They should surgically implant the electrodes in his privates turn the machine on high and rip off the control knob.

leave hime alone ?? hello from what planet are you from philip smith and all those of you who support that argument. when tiger earns 100 million dollars a year, repeat a year (he has earned billions in his lifetime) from endorsements, he wants you to look at him. his sponsors want you (us) to look at him and say wow, what a great man, not only a great golfer, but what a great man and role model. tiger wants us to look up at him. Now we find out he is just like one of us, so we take him down, and we take him down hard. and you ask me why?? arent all of us cheaters, yes but we DID NOT PRETEND THAT WE WERE NOT!!!!!!! get it philip !!!!. Now that we know Tiger, that you are thrash like everyone of us, we want the whole world to know that too. Bravo, to the media for exposing this fraud. Oh by the way, if Tiger decides not to take any more money from endorsements, then i say ok he deserves his privacy now. he can have all the women he wants to have, dont care. but until then, as long as NIKE sponsors him, hey media expose all his faults…..

I don’t understand what the fuss is all about in Tiger’s case. Looking back at the man who had the most prestigious position in the world, Bill Clinton, getting a blow job while in his Oval Office talking on the phone on our Nation’s business. Koby Bryant, Wilt Chamberlin, John Kennedy, former US President and many more high profile men had done the same thing and the world immediately embranced them. Many women forgave Clinton and he never stopped giving his Million Dollar Speaches and the Media continues to praise him.
So if Tiger had sex with a few women, why is the Media so upset at him and not the others?

Amen, Phillip Smith!
Well said, and I agree with you …. leave him alone, people! Haven’t we learned any lessons from all the other celebrities and/or superstars we’ve lost because we couldn’t stop wagging our tongues and pointing fingers? Who cares and who does it affect anyway? It seems to me that it is Tiger’s problems….not ours. I appreciate his golf talent and admire all the hard work he has put into the game….he truly is a great. Are we trying to play God and judge and condemn him??? …I don’t think that is our job!!!!!
And, Johnny:
Why are you trying to play God? Do you know all the facts without a shadow of doubt, or… are you just listening to the media? Oh, I forgot, we all know that the media ALWAYS reports the truth, right????? NOT!!!!! Truth is, the media reports what will sell their name or papers….you know that!!!! Don’t be stupid, here. Have you actually seen Tiger in any of the acts he has been accused of? Huh? And, whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty? I’m sure he has had his share of being unfaithful, but it is not our job to judge him. Tiger will have to face God with these kinds of transgressions and it will be between him and God.
Rikitivitavi:
I think you are full of yourself and a wee bit jealous of Tiger!
Go, Tiger! Get the help you need, make amends with the ones you love…that means the most in life to you and …. make that come back because you ARE the greatest golfer ever!!!! I’m pulling for you, buddy!

My grandmother always used to joke about having
a marriage counselor on hand at all times, which was
a cast iron skillet that she kept in her oven.
Of course, she never had to use it for that purpose
because my grandfather was totally loyal, loving
and devoted toward his wife and 7 children.
I have very good memories of my grandparents.
They were married to each other for over 57 years
and survived the Great Depression in 1929,
the year that my mother was born.
Needless to say, times were hard. They grew
and raised most of their own food. My paternal
great-grandmother sewed all of her grandchildren’s
clothes mostly using feedbags or cutting over
her daughter’s outgrown clothing. She was
loving & dear person and very resourceful.
My grandfather never visited or travelled
anywhere unless his children could come along also.
He worked very hard and long hours, but he
reserved his weekends for his wife and children
and would take them on long rides and go site-seeing.
Perhaps, the Gosselin and Woods families need
to take a page out of my grandparent’s book.
They really need to step back and take a good and
long hard look at themselves without all of the
glitter and fame.

I for one have not and never will forget Michael Vick and the horrible things he did.But what does that have to do with this article??!! I’m glad to hear Tiger is getting treatment and hope it works. All things aside, it does appear Tiger and his wife still love each other. I admire her for not giving up.Yet.

Hey, Bob, you are just a wee bit jealous of Tiger too!!
Work as hard as Tiger has and you deserve every dollar on an endorsement too….regardless of how you see it. You were never forced to purchase a Nike product, were you? And, I’m sure you don’t buy Nike because Tiger was a great family man, right? You bought Nike because you liked the product. Who ever made the rule that a spokesperson had to be a wholesome, faithful husband and family man anyway? It’s all about his looks and golfing ability!

Pat conn….. sex addiction is quite real. I have been doing extensive research on the topic. Do not be so close minded and say that it is some made up phenomenon, unless like myself, you have some credentials to back up your statements.

Tiger Woods is a sportsman, not a role model. His sexual prowess is his business. To Rick Chandler…Cape Province in South Africa has a Mediterranean climate, much like San Francisco. Oppressive heat? I don’t think so.
