Report: Elin wants full custody, half of everything

Reportedly furious that her husband has not entered rehab as he promised, and hey! Who ate all the Lucky Charms?!, Elin Nordegren is taking off the kid gloves. She’s allegedly levying divorce demands that will make a Thanksgiving night golf club beating seem like a day at the beach. Oh, and speaking of a day at the beach, Tiger Woods is heading to the Bahamas on his yacht at this hour. Merry Christmas!
London’s News of the World is reporting that Elin has decided to demand half of Tiger’s fortune — which would be half of somewhere between $600 million and $900 million, depending on whom you believe — and full custody of the couple’s two children. Meanwhile, the former Swedish model is headed to her homeland with the kids for Christmas, according to reports. She rolled out of Orlando today in a motorcade that included a police escort. What, no air support?

A close pal of Elin, 34, told us: “Tiger was supposed to be working on getting better and he hasn’t done anything. Instead he just went to stay with a friend in Maryland and says he’s ‘trying to get better on his own’.

“Elin is livid he hasn’t checked into rehab and gotten himself off his drugs. He’s acting like a big baby.

Nordegren — who has hired high-powered Hollywood divorce lawyer Sorrell Trope to shoot for as much as half of Woods’ fortune — plans to spend Christmas in seclusion with the kids.

Meanwhile, People Magazine reports that Woods’ yacht, Privacy, left North Palm Beach and is heading to the Bahamas with Woods and several golfer friends. It’s unclear as to whether any babes are aboard. If Tiger goes ashore, it’s a good bet he’ll be staying here.

    Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned. Not only did he cheat and lie and lie and lie and lie to her….HE EXPOSED HER TO SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED DISEASES FROM ALL THOSE HOOKERS HE HOOKED UP WITH USING NO PROTECTION. HE’S NOT ONY HORNY…HE IS STUPID. Doesn’t matter WHO you are or WHAT you have done…if you are out screwing multiple partners on a very consistent basis and you don’t use condoms you are a complete moron.
    And yeah, he is JUST a golfer so I could care less and less about him by the minute but I am rooting Elin on to get him where it will hurt him the most. And that’s his image and his pocket book.
    What a disgusting example he is and gee what fun times he is going to have when he gets older explaining this crap to his kids. He hasn’t ruined them yet but as most people who have loser parents like Tiger know…that cheating, lying scumbags behaviore will have an impact on them for the rest of their lives. It always does. Sadly his son will probably end up just like him….and Tiger is just like his cheating dad and it will go on forever because they are lying, cheating good for nothing cheaters.

    this all makes me very nervous…the idea that even if a man is loyal…99.99% of time judges are on auto pilot to give wife the custody and the money….wassup with that?

    Man, I hope she doesn’t take all that money out of the USA we could really use it right now. Wouldn’t it be great if the judge (and we all know there will be a judge) said every penny she gets MUST be spent in the USA. That could almost be a stimulus package of its’ own.

    It comes back to the old saying “You play, you pay.” Grow up Tiger, no one but you is responsible for this mess. If you did not want your wife, come to her like the business person you are and work out a financial settlement. Be done with it!!!!! I don’t think her heart is going to be broken forever.
    Elin, let this be a lesson, when they world has taught someone they are a God, they generally tend to think they can act like one.

    That’s a two way street, my friend. My ex husband screwed anything with a skirt – all behind my back. I had no clue, and I’m not an idiot. However, getting child support from him was like bleeding a rock. NH has no alimony. Any Woman out there getting ready to marry needs to definitely have a pre-nup. This whole Tiger Woods thing just goes to confirm that Men Can’t Keep It In Their Pants. Most men will be unfaithful at least once in the marriage. What kills me is that, like my ex, I be Tiger didn’t use a condom. For that alone he should loose half of this money!!

    Look at this point Tiger should just divorce his wife and move on, period. Pay her what she deserves, and just continue to be a good dad and provide for the kids. He will still make millions if not more since he is the only thing that golf has, otherwise it will fall back to oblivion. His sponsors will still be there and those that take the risk and drop him will come crawling back since this guy is a money machine. Once Tiger is free of his marriage rules which are an albatross around his neck, he can roam the jungle freely. All these skanks who knew he was married and didn’t have the decency to say no will be oblivious and remembered for the whores they really are. The wife will go on her merry way , with what she wanted all along , a piece of the pie. In other words she was not happy with her amount on the prenup so she too is just a money grubbing lady. The public will still be there for him, because once this episode is over he will kick ass on the golf course and get all the pun tang he wants without worrying about anyone saying a peep. So Tiger, do the right thing just divorce this lady, pay her , hell it`s just money and you have and will continue to have loads of it. Two children are involved. They will be psychologically scared for the rest of their lives. Elin has to find a way to raise those blessings on her own, and help them to grow into awesome human beings. Nothing their father is capable of. I pray she gets EVERYTHING!     Ok so in lay man terms she waited five years to come out and show the world that she is like these other whores Tiger slept with and paid. The only difference was she spread her legs for a longer period of time and let Tiger`s little guys pounce on her eggs. Yeah she should really be a role model to women, please she is a whore who is going to get paid, only difference was her hourly rate was higher.

    To me, This is kinda hard to put together, but am I the only one who never paid any attention to his supposed ‘good guy’ image? I think I stopped noticing anything about him as a person after he announced that he did not consider himself black. No one can ever deny that he is one of the greatest golfers ever, and I still stand by my opinion that his wife does not DESERVE HALF of his money. He will have to pay her enough alimony/child support that so that that gold digger will never have to work for the rest of her life. You could see that they didn’t look like a ‘happy couple’ in so many of their photos. It’s too bad that we really only get to hear one side of the story. And yes, we know that cheating with 14, 15 different women is a bit excessive. And what’s with his thing for waitresses? Probably cause he feels superior to those kind of chicks. I mean look, he married a nanny. Weren’t there any rocket scientist chicks out there who were good enough for him? There had to be somebody in this guy’s posse/entourage whose job was to talk to him about his behavior (his ‘image), and obviously he just didn’t listen. Of course Elin should have full custody of the children – I mean, they’re still babies and he’s on the golf tournament circuit waay too much to take care of two little babies full time, let’s be for real. Having full custody doesn’t mean he can’t and shouldn’t have liberal visitation rights with his children though. He should’ve never gotten married! I feel sorry for them both. The kids, they’ll be alright. Right now, they’re still babies…doubt if their friends are teasing them about this.

    She was married for 5 years to him, did not play golf or do any commercials
    She isn’t entitled to half of anything, she probably gets 10-20 million and its a done deal. She has to be given a comparable livelyhood and I think she can get by on 10-20 million.
    This is all silly!!!
    Should Tiger have done this – no, but its his life and he is going to have to deal with, but when he wins the Masters again everyone will forget.

    I go with the sentiment earlier. The man plays golf. If he wasn’t rich and famous and still played golf no one would even be covering this. I will go one step further. If Tiger had been some struggling club pro somewhere, I doubt Elin would have given him the time of day much less the women Tiger was doing on the side. Plenty of women, and men for that matter, that will have sex for money or to say they banged someone famous. Even though Elin was wronged in all this, she is really no different than the other women in that she went after Tiger because he was rich and he was famous. Without him being those things, she wouldn’t have even noticed him.

    And she deserves 1/2 of what HE earned because…..Get real. She did not earn, or even contribute, to their wealth. Unlike most wives who work their tails off, all she ever did was give orders to staff and select the 5 star restaurant for dinner. A settlement which provides her an income of $1,000,000 a month child support and walking around money would be plenty. Her ridiculous demands would award her $200,000,000 for each “agonizing” year of marriage. Most big dollar celebrity splits involve a pair who struggled together on the way up. She been riding a lear and a limo since day one.
