Soccer announcers absolutely giddy over guy getting kicked in the gourds

Following the jump is a video from an Australian A League game, in which Carlos Hernandez of the Melbourne Victory misses the big ball and connects with the smaller ones, which happened to be attached to John Hutchinson of the Central Coast Mariners. At first one of the announcers claimed that Hutchinson was kicked “in the back of the leg,” until the replay showed otherwise. Laughter commenced from the booth; leading me to believe that neither of these guys have ever been kicked in that region. Or else they’re women in disguise.

And it looks like this will be part of Hutchinson’s legacy. From his Wikipedia page:

In a game against Melbourne Victory in the 09-10 season, while competing for the ball, Hutchinson was accidentally kicked in the testicles by Melbourne Victory player Carlos Hernandez. Numerous videos of the incident subsequently appeared on Youtube with some being watched over 300,000 times.
